Training -
horses
worked and trained 5 to 6 days a week,
either riding, long lining or bitting. On
occasion, they will be turned out for mental
health days. Horses must be in full training
to participate in horse shows. One
non-transferable lesson per week is included
in full training. Lessons may not be
“banked” and are for amateurs and owners to
use on their own horse. |

Conditioning - $550 |
Limited
Conditioning - This program is to either
build up a horse that is not in condition,
or to maintain some condition when a horse
is not in full training. Horses are to
receive forced exercise or work 3-4 days a
week. This is only a maintenance program;
nothing is done to advance horse’s training.
No lessons are included with this program. |

Evaluation
Fee -
This program is only offered for a 3 month
duration, between the months of October and
January. It is an evaluation training
program to assess your horse as to the
degree of his talent, and what discipline he
should compete in. |

horses will be turned out daily as weather
permits, and will be groomed and clipped.
Summer board-pasture
board, pasture and water.
Winter board-horses
will be fed hay and grain as needed. Will be
brought inside for overnight only if weather

Show Fees -
Prices reflect a minimum of four horses per
show. Less than four horses will be
pro-rated. Stall, entry and transportation
are not included.
Flat Rate
includes:
trainer’s expenses, show groom’s expenses
and salaries,
Grooming
supplies, stall curtains, tack room
equipment, grooming stall equipment,
changing room supplies, decoration and
supplies, carpentry and lumber, set up and
tear down, dry cleaning and clothing
expenses, daily road fees, lessons and
coaching fees at show. Individual horse
expenses (vet, medications, shoeing,
bedding) will be billed to owner.
Tack rooms
will be pro-rated and billed by number of
horses.
Patronships
at Nationals shows and Scottsdale will be
pro-rated by the number of clients. Regional
patronships will be paid by Fox Hollow Farm.
Prize money-All money is kept by owner with
the exception of Sweepstakes or National
Futurity money, of which 10% goes to trainer |

Billing is
done on approximately the 15th of
the month and is due the first of the month
preceding the charges. All bills (training,
evaluation, conditioning or board) will
receive a $25.00 discount if the bill is
paid by the first, either by hand or
postmark. The discount will be reflected in
the following bill. |
